Booking Terms & Cancellations

We hope you will not need a refund, but understand that plans can change, and we work with you to make bookings and costs convenient and secure. We encourage all participants to secure travel-trip insurance to cover any unforseen changes.

Each of our adventures wellness getaways are custom curated schedules and training to ensure your enjoyment. Refunds are as follows. Please contact us for any additional questions and arrangements. 

For last minute reservations and retreats booked within less than 30 days of the retreat date, please contact us direct to ensure there is space and finalize travel and payment arrangements. 

PAYMENT POLICY

After a confirmation has been emailed to you, a courtesy hold requires payment within 5 working days to secure the reservation. If you have already received your welcome email, completed a deposit and completed your retreat application, your place has been secured. 

For places that have a wait list, a 24hr courtesy hold will be offered.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so we encourage travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation with our partners here

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Our adventure-wellness retreats include outdoor activities and physical activity. For this purpose we encourage your to have an insurance policy that covers you for all relevant outdoor and sport activities you will be engaging upon on your retreat & trip cancellation. 

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

With most agencies, insurance should be purchased within 14 - 30 days of making your reservation.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your trip the refund policy is as follows. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within two years of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.

Fees are determined by the following schedule:

  • If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, your $500 deposit (less any discounts) will be refunded, and 100% of your additional payment may be applied to another Retreat.
  • If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.
  • If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.
  • If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

We cannot be responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
