You don't always need to head to remote faraway destinations for a dose of self-care and wellness. In fact, we've created these mini-retreat gatherings for those who aren't able to get away for a full retreat but know they have the community support.

We bring the community together, while we welcome in Summer with our very special weekend yoga brunches. We partner with some of the best restaurants and yoga instructors to bring you weekend rehab with Yoga Brunch Life!

We meet for a mid-morning yoga flow taking in Summer's natural wellness vibe. Each event brings you a fun theme so you can dress up and play, then we take in some nutritional therapy with great food, socializing, and your choice of health drinks or mimosas.

We are delighted to partner with some of the best brands for these mini-retreats combining health and a transformative morning of yoga practice for all levels. Put aside the limits, judgment and boundaries to join in community and wellness.
